Blue Souls Festival provide a platform for specially abled people

Blue Souls Festival, presented by DWish was recently held in the city as an initiative to empower the special needed persons by providing them a platform to enhance their inner abilities, groom them for the future, and to include them in the mainstream. The event was organised by Lady Monk Entertainments and renowned names from the areas of medicine and philanthropy gathered to make it a success.
