The Special Award for the Best Actor Female went to the Deepika Padukone for Chennai Express.
The IIFA BIG 20 Award for the Best Music Director went to Pritam for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil
The Award for the Best Lyricist went to Amitabh Bhattacharya for the film Dhadak
The IIFA BIG 20 Award for the Best Director went to Raju Hirani for 3 Idiots.
One of the famous comedians of Indian film industry, Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed Jafri aka our favourite Jagdeep Sahab, received the Outstanding Contribution to Indian Cinema Award.
The Award for the Best Playback Singer (Female) went to Harshdeep Kaur and Vibha Saraf for the song ‘Dilbaro’ from the film Raazi.
One of the most prominent Indian dance choreographers in Hindi cinema, Saroj Khan received the Outstanding Contribution to Indian Cinema Award by Madhuri Dixit
The Award for the Best Music Direction went to Amaal Mallik, Guru Randhawa, Rocha Kkohli, Saurabh-Vaibhav, Yo Yo Honey Singh and Zack Knight for Sonu ke Titu ki Sweety
