There’s no judgment, no filters, just raw screaming.

Scream clubs are groups of people meeting to scream out their frustrations, worries, or even joy. Usually, people assemble at a place such as a park. A period of reflection or breathing is taken to centre oneself on what they wish to let out. After that, a collective scream fills the air.
