We bet you have never had mangoes like this before. Sample this. A semi-dried stir-fried spicy bhindi cooked with tangy raw mango or tangy and delicious red lentil cooked with raw mangoes and drum stick with ground spices.

The Park Pavilion, the 24-hour restaurant & coffee shop of Jameson Inn Shiraz, has painstakingly created a menu inspired by the King of Fruits and it's worth indulging.

Their exclusive a-la-carte menu begins with a zesty drink Mango Stun, ginger infused mango juice seasoned with sweet basil seeds. While Dahi – Rashal, where ripe mango pulp blends beautifully with yoghurt can be a good condiment, Aam Dahi Puri, raw mango mixed potato stuffing, served with yoghurt and sweet mango chutney can be very filling. Giving a twist to chicken tikka chaat is, Murg Tikka Sikandari Chaat spiced with shredded mango-laced and with a tangy dressing. For vegetarians,  Aam Avial, a medley of vegetables and raw mango cooked in spicy coconut green chilli gravy and Bhindi Aam Jhalfrezi is a must try. This lentil-based Muringakka Manga Mulakushyam Kootu is another interesting delicacy which should not be missed. Non-vegetarians have more options in the menu and that includes Kacche Aam Ki Pakki Murg, raw mango marinated chicken masala and Aam Gosht. The dessert is as appealing as the main course. Aam Sandwich, a chena sandwich stuffed with mango malai and Mango Kulfi served with sweet mango sauce are sinful treats.

The festival will continue till 16th June 2019.
