Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta's marriage ceremony — the Ambani wedding was one of the most high-profile events in the world. It's not every day that the paparazzi get to click pictures of the former UN Secretary-General, Google CEO, top-notch businessmen, politicians and the biggest superstars from the film industry all at one place.
However, as this was an Ambani wedding, it didn't come as a surprise. In attendance were guests like former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Google CEO Sundar Pichai, former British PM Tony Blair, Netflix Co-founder Reed Hastings, Coca-Cola CEO James Quincey, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Railways Minister Piyush Goyal and politician Kapil Sibal.
From Bollywood, heavyweights like Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor, Aamir Khan and wife Kiran Rao, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan attended the wedding ceremony. Sachin Tendulkar and wife Anjali Tendulkar, Yuvraj Singh, Zaheer Khan and wife Sagarika Ghatge, and designer Manish Malhotra too turned up in their swish attires.
With such a line-up of guests, the Ambani wedding certainly was the talk of the town!
