Superstar Rajinikanth’s much-awaited first look from his next film, Darbar, is out and we can’t keep calm!

Director AR Murugadoss tweeted the poster and wrote: “Younger, smarter, wiser, tougher... Thalaivar in a never seen before Avatar.”

In the poster, the 67-year-old is seen flexing his toned muscles in a vest.

This is for the first time that filmmaker Murgadoss is teaming up with Rajinikanth. Nayanthara is said to play the female lead in the multilingual film. Anirudh Ravichander, Santosh Sivan and Sreekar Prasad are also reportedly on board.

The film, which is the 167th film of Rajinikanth’s career, is scheduled for release during Pongal 2020.
