Entertainment Journalists Guild of India appreciates Ekta Kapoor's apology over Judgementall Hai Kya? spat

The Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India issued a statement appreciating producer Ekta Kapoor's apology while it has maintained that it will continue to boycott the actor involved.

The letter that is being ciruclated among the journalists' fraternity, reads, "The Entertainment Journalists Guild appreciates Ms Ekta Kapoor's support and standing for what is right through her official statement."

The guild also mentioned clearly, "However, we will continue the ban on Ms Kangana Ranaut across all media platforms."

The actor in question had an ugly spat with a PTI journalist on Sunday during the lauch of Wakhra song from the film Judgementall Hai Kya? that's produced under Ekta Kapoor's BalajiMotionPictures banner.
