An elegant entry into the Met Gala scene, Mona picked a gown by Iris van Herpen who is known to craft artisanal outfits blending couture with cutting-edge technology. The Indian fashion entrepreneur trusted Iris’ vision for her debut and it was the intricate details that captured the essence of this year’s theme - The Garden of Time.
Mona, originally from Vadodara, Gujarat permanently settled in the States, picked a body-hugging creation featuring kinetic butterflies and a scalloped train that exuded sheer elegance.

As per the videos shared by Mona on her Instagram handle, her styling was handled by none other than Law Roach who also helmed the two looks styled by this year’s co-chair Zendaya. Law himself styled a Rahul Mishra ensemble for the Met Gala 2024, much like Mindy Kaling.
Coming to Mona’s outfit, since the focus was mainly the intricate craftsmanship, the fashionista let it do the talking and kept her look otherwise muted and minimalistic. She opted for an airbrushed makeup look with a sleek back bun and delicate stud earrings.
