The Keys Select Katti Ma in Chennai is hosting a special Dosa festival, which is designed specifically for our guests and diners alike to indulge their taste buds in the culinary identity of South India.
The menu for the festival, which will run until July 15th, 2018, will be entirely devoted to sumptuous varieties of dosas from South India served with a twist and interesting fusions. The menu comprises of dishes like Kalan Pirattal Dosa (spicy mushroom stir fry with aromatic Chettinad spices), Palkatti Pacha Pattani Dosa (cottage cheese & peas cooked in a gravy), M.L.A Pesarattu (green lentils dosa with Upma stuffing a hot favorite in Andhra Pradesh) – popular in MLA quarters restaurants in Hyderabad, Karaikudi Kaikari Dosa (vegetables cooked with spices and lip-smacking Chettinad flavor), Ragi Dosa (Healthy Ragi or three-grain dosa with onion, coriander, green chilli) and many more unique varieties. One can also indulge in a Kumbakonam Filter Coffee to make it a soulful meal.
