Bollywood star Kriti Sanon is all set to steal the show with her historical get-up in Ashutosh Gowariker's Panipat. The actress will be portraying Parvati Bai, wife of Sadashiv Rao (played by Arjun Kapoor in the movie).
While we can't wait for her Marathi avatar, Kriti took to Instagram and shared a throwback video where she shows off her moves in her Panipat get up. Wearing a yellow sari, Kriti shakes her thumka to the tunes of the song Coca Cola from her movie Luka Chuppi.
And there is a Marathi twist to the video!
She captioned the video, “#Throwback to some #BehindTheScene vanity van fun while I waited to be called on set! (wait for the Marathi touch..) @agppl” Here’s the video below:
Panipat also stars Sanjay Dutt, who will be playing the antagonist Ahmad Shah Abdali, Monish Bahl as Nana Saheb Peshwa, Padmini Kolhapure as Gopika Bai will be seen in pivotal roles. Kriti Sanon will also be seen in Bachchan Pandey with Akshay Kumar and Mimi with Sai Tamhankar.
Panipat is set to release on December 6.
