Nornament’s new earrings collection is inspired by the vast variety of elements observed in nature during our leisurely strolls like the cascading waterfalls, vibrant blooms, intricate honeycombs and industrious honey bees. Pradhyuman Maloo, creative director of the brand, tells us that it celebrates the innate beauty of nature and its impeccable designs.
The blue earrings symbolise the tranquil essence of waterfalls, while the choice of materials and craftsmanship reflect the transition from raw to refined textures.
“The brand’s distinctive approach to capturing authenticity is properly embodied in each earring within this collection. Take for instance the honeybee earring, where the creation of the honeycomb is depicted in all its rawness, highlighting that beauty often emerges from imperfection. Similarly, the ear cuffs represent the fluidity observed in certain natural designs, portraying a seamless integration with the organic world. Our intention was to authentically represent nature in its truest form, capturing its essence with precision and reverence,” he explains.
It features mostly diamonds set in gold. In the honeycomb earring, there is a combination of yellow diamonds, champagne diamonds, and white diamonds meticulously arranged to depict the bee motif. Furthermore, other pieces showcase a selection of polki diamonds, baguette diamonds, and round diamonds, all expertly set in gold.
